Ingredients:

Dough:

Wheat Flour – 300 g

Butter – 130 g

Sugar sand – 100 g

 

Filling:

Milk 750 ml

Preparation:

  7. Add the cottage cheese to the poppy seed and mix.
  8. Put the filling on the cooled dough.
  9. Sprinkle the crumb from the dough on top. Send to the oven for 1 hour at 180 ° C.

Ingredients:

Ingredients:

  • 240 gr. – wheat flour
  • 150 gr. – butter
  • 100 ml of natural yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp. – starch

 

Preparation:

  1. Raisins pour boiling water.
  2. Melt the butter and cool it.
  3. Eggs beat up with sugar. Whisk until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  4. Add yoghurt.
  5. Mix the flour with salt and baking powder, sift. Add to the dough, mix thoroughly.
  6. Raisins throw on a sieve, shake. Pour starch on top and shake it, so that each berry is covered with a thin layer of starch.
  7. Stir raisin into the dough.
  8. Pour the melted butter portions, each time thoroughly mixing the mixture.
  9. Dilute the dough into molds. Bake at 180C, about 20 minutes.
