Brownie classic recipe

One of the most popular desserts in the world – brownie pie with a damp center – was coined in 1893 in the kitchen of the legendary Palmer Hotel in Chicago. This cake is baked there until now according to the original recipe, topping with apricot glaze. In the home version, however, the brownie gets such an amazing sugar crust that glazing it would be a crime.

These brownies always turn out perfectly, and always everyone like it very much.
