Cake with raspberries

Light, almost dietary cake with an air structure. Everything is prepared very simply, and the result will certainly please!


  • Flour 2 cups
  • Baking powder 1 ½ tsp.
  • Salt 1 pinch
  • Yoghurt 200 ml
  • Vanilla extract ½ tsp.
  • Sugar 1 glass
  • Refined vegetable oil ½ cup
  • Eggs of chicken 2 pcs.
  • Raspberry 180 g


Cooking method

Step 1

Beat eggs with sugar until white.

Step 2

Weigh dry ingredients.

Step 3

In the egg mixture, add yogurt (or kefir), whisk until airborne.

Step 4

Add a dry mixture.

Step 5

Pour in the vegetable oil and mix a couple of times, not zealous.

Step 6

Pour the dough into a mold approximately 22×22 cm in diameter.

Step 7

Put the raspberries, lightly drown it in the dough.

Step 8

Bake in a preheated oven at 180-190 ° C for 45-50 minutes.
