Carrots contain 1.3% protein, 7% carbohydrates. A lot of carrots of minerals necessary for the human body: potassium, iron, phosphorus, magnesium, cobalt, copper, iodine, zinc, chromium, nickel, fluoride, etc. Carrots contain essential oils that determine its peculiar smell.

We will need:

  • 2 medium carrots
  • 1 tablespoon of sour cream (can be replaced with vegetable oil)
  • juice of half a lemon
  • salt and sugar

 

How to make a simple salad?

Step 1:

Sour the carrots on a medium grater and fill it with lemon juice. Let it steep for 5-10 minutes.

 

Step 2:

Then add the sour cream, salt and sugar – and the delicious salad is ready!
