Delicate muffins with raisins. Just for 30 minutes.

If you want to bake for tea something tasty, homemade, but very fast and simpler – the ideal variant of such baking is muffins with raisins, fragrant, not too sweet and very tasty.


  • 3 eggs
  • 150 gr. – granulated sugar
  • 150 gr. – raisins Kishmish
  • 240 gr. – wheat flour
  • 150 gr. – butter
  • 100 ml of natural yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp. – starch



  1. Raisins pour boiling water.
  2. Melt the butter and cool it.
  3. Eggs beat up with sugar. Whisk until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  4. Add yoghurt.
  5. Mix the flour with salt and baking powder, sift. Add to the dough, mix thoroughly.
  6. Raisins throw on a sieve, shake. Pour starch on top and shake it, so that each berry is covered with a thin layer of starch.
  7. Stir raisin into the dough.
  8. Pour the melted butter portions, each time thoroughly mixing the mixture.
  9. Dilute the dough into molds. Bake at 180C, about 20 minutes.
