300 g ground walnuts

Preparation process

This cake is baked there until now according to the original recipe, topping with apricot glaze. In the home version, however, the brownie gets such an amazing sugar crust that glazing it would be a crime.

These brownies always turn out perfectly, and always everyone like it very much.



unsalted butter, chopped – 175 g

dark chocolate, chopped – 200 g

sugar – 320 g

wheat flour – 130 g

chicken eggs – 3 pieces

a pinch of salt



  1. Melt chocolate and butter on a water bath, stirring.
  2. Whisk eggs with sugar, lightly.
  3. Combine the egg and chocolate masses, mix.
  4. Add the flour, mix.
  5. Pour baking dish (33x23x5 cm) with baking paper, greased with butter.
  6. Pour the dough into the mold.
  7. Bake in preheated to 170 deg exactly 30 minutes.
  8. Get out of the oven, give a little cool, cut, if desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Strongly recommended to consume with coffee, tea, ice cream, friends and beloved ones.

Apple strudel (Apfelstrudel) – a roll of thin dough with apple filling – a national Austrian dish, which is so famous for Viennese cafe. Therefore, the apple strudel is called – the Viennese strudel.

In order to prepare an apple strudel according to the old recipe, you need to know a few secrets.

Lubricate the dough better with olive oil, then it will turn out more tenderly. In addition to vanilla sugar and cinnamon, you should add rum and crushed walnuts to the apple filling. Before you place the apples on the dough, they should be dipped in sour cream or, which is more delicious, in whipped cream.

Serve the apple strudel to the table can be both cold and hot.

The ideal gastronomic pair is Viennese coffee with apple strudel. If you want to create an original combination, put a bowl of cream ice cream on the plate next to the hot strudel. But eat such a dessert as soon as possible, so that the ice cream does not melt, and the strudel does not cool.

  • granulated sugar 50 grams
  • egg 1 PC.
  • lemon ½ pcs.
  • milk 2 tbsp. l.

  • cinnamon powder ¼ tsp.



Preheat the oven to 220 ° C



Sift the flour, make a deepening in it.



Pour 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vegetable oil and 100 ml of warm water, add an egg, a pinch of salt and knead the dough.



Divide the dough into two parts. In one part add another 1 tbsp. Spoon vegetable oil, connect with the second part and again knead.



Roll the ball, crush it with your hand, pour the remaining oil. Cover with a bowl and leave for half an hour.

Sprinkle a large cotton towel with flour, roll out the dough on it as thin as possible.

Mix the sugar with cinnamon.

The main part of rice is complex carbohydrates (up to 80%), about 8% in the composition of rice are protein compounds (eight important amino acids for the human body). The exclusive benefit of rice is that it does not contain gluten. Contained in the grains of rice and fiber, its share is small (only 3%), so rice is an excellent side dish for vegetable dishes.

Preparation of 55 minutes, recipe for 4 persons


  • Rice 1 glass
  • Butter 50 g
  • Onions 1 pc.
  • Cream 20% 230 g
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Water 2 cups
  • Black pepper 1/5 tsp

Step 1:
