Salad with shrimps and tomatoes

Salad with shrimps and tomatoes. Delicious seafood appetizers.

This fresh and healthy salad, with shrimps and tomatoes, just may make you fall in love with them!

Ingredients:

  • 100 g of peeled boiled-frozen shrimps
  • 200 g of tomatoes
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 tbsp. of olive oil
  • 0,5 tbsp. of honey
  • 1 tbsp. of lemon juice
  • 4 sprigs of parsley
  • black ground pepper to taste
  • salt to taste

Preparation:

Step 1:

Defrost the shrimp, pour them for 1 minute with boiling water, and drain the liquid.

Step 2:

Chop leaves of parsley. Chop the garlic.

Step 3:

Prepare a dressing for a salad. Mix parsley, garlic, honey, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper and mix well.

Step 4:

Large shrimps cut into 2-3 parts, small remaining ones and put the shrimp in the dressing for 10 minutes.

Step 5:

Cut the tomatoes into slices, salting and peppers.

Step 6:

Put tomatoes together, shrimp, dressing and gently stir.

Step 7:

Lay the salad with shrimps and tomatoes in a salad bowl.
