Sicilian salad with tuna

 

Light salad with a rich taste. Tuna is harmoniously combined with soft curd sauce, juicy fresh tomatoes and crispy salad. Prepares quickly.

Preparation for 25 minutes. Recipe for 4 persons

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • Tuna canned 200g
  • Cherry tomatoes 300 g
  • Arugula 200 g
  • Cottage cheese 180 g
  • Sunflower oil 2 tbsp.
  • Soy sauce 1 tbsp.
  • Salt to taste

 

 

Preparation:

 

 

Step 1:

Sort out the arugula, rinse it, dry, large leaves to break with hands.

Step 2:

Cut the cherry tomatoes into halves.

Step 3:

Mix the arugula with tomatoes.

Step 4:

Prepare the sauce. Combine the soft curd with sunflower oil and soy sauce. Salt to taste.

Step 5:

Put the salad on the plates. Put pieces of tuna on top with a sauce and pour soy sauce with a teaspoon. Sprinkle to decorate with sesame seeds. You can add halves of olives.

 

The dish is ready! All to the table!
