  • Turkey fillet 200 g
  • Champignons 5 pcs.
  • Onions 1 head
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Cream 10-20% 50 ml
  • Olive oil 2 tbsp.
  • Butter 1 tsp.
  • Pepper black ground 1 pinch
  • Salt 1 pinch
  • Tagliatelle 300 g
  • Pasta Tagliatelle
  • Flour 3 cups
  • Salt 1 tsp.
  • Eggs of chicken 5 pcs.


Cooking method:

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 150 ° C.

Step 2

Filet the turkey with a filament, wrap in foil and bake in a preheated oven, then cut into small pieces.

Step 3

Take the tagliatelle shop paste or prepare a natural. To do this, mix in a bowl of wheat flour, salt, 4 eggs and 1 yolk. Knead the elastic dough using a hook attachment.

Then quickly roll out the dough with the help of a nozzle for rolling and cut it using a tag for making tagliatelle. Preparation of homemade pasta will take only 10-15 minutes, and the result will surpass all your expectations.

Boil the pasta in salted water until cooked, drain and save. Heat olive oil and butter in a frying pan, fry onion and garlic.

Step 6

Champignons cut into plates, put in a frying pan with onion and garlic, season with salt, pepper and mix.

Step 7

Through a sieve pour water into the pan from the paste (50 ml), add the tagliatelle, turkey, pour in the cream, mix everything and heat for a couple of minutes.
