A simple and at the same time very useful salad with a radish decorates any table.

Radish contain: vitamins В1, В2, В5, В6, В9, РР, and also mineral substances necessary for the human body: potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron, phosphorus, natural fiber, phytoncides. A bit bitter, pungent taste gives the radish the mustard oil contained in the product, it has the property of exciting the appetite. The use of radish normalizes peristalsis, improves the complexion, reduces cholesterol, activates the metabolism, increases the elasticity of the walls of the vessels, thereby improving the activity of the cardiovascular system.

How to prepare radish salad

Ingredients:

  • 300 grams of radishes
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tomatoes
  • several mint leaves
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp. spoon of lemon juice
  • pepper to taste
  • salt to taste

 

Preparation:

Step 1:

Vegetables wash and drain.

Step 2:

Radish cut into cubes. Cut the tomatoes into slices. Chop the onions. Chop the mint.

Step 3:

Combine all the ingredients, sprinkle with lemon juice, salt, pepper and season with vegetable

oil.
