A simple and at the same time very useful salad with a radish decorates any table.

Radish contain: vitamins В1, В2, В5, В6, В9, РР, and also mineral substances necessary for the human body: potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron, phosphorus, natural fiber, phytoncides. A bit bitter, pungent taste gives the radish the mustard oil contained in the product, it has the property of exciting the appetite. How to prepare radish salad


  • 300 grams of radishes
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tomatoes
  • several mint leaves
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp. spoon of lemon juice
  • pepper to taste
  • salt to taste



Step 1:

Vegetables wash and drain.

Step 2:

Radish cut into cubes. Cut the tomatoes into slices. Chop the onions. Chop the mint.

Step 3:

Combine all the ingredients, sprinkle with lemon juice, salt, pepper and season with vegetable
